Secure On-site Technical Authority

Basically means a person that un-blocks road blocks. When an impasse or an answer to a question is required, or to troubleshoot noise, low signal, or no signal issues.

One of the things that is a race against time is establishing that all that is required exists on site and is set up and checked that there are no issues. In the first place the technical rider that spells out the requirements has to exist, and that it is clearly communicated. However not always is the communication made. So it falls back to the Technical Authority, the un-blocker, to provide a solution in a timely manner.

This is a first of series for lead audio, or Audio 1, or A1 for short in most production environments, and what kind of clarifications are usually posed to the A1.
